Submitted by on Sunday, 25 September 2011No Comment

Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has to Travel chronicles fifty years of international fashion. For the first time, the book explores Vreeland’s life told through the work she created throughout her career. With over 350 images, including many famous photographs by Richard Avedon, Irving Penn, and other major fashion photographers, it is an intensely visual book that shows fashion as it was being invented, through the pages of magazines that shaped American taste with their superb editing, photography, and art direction.
