For the uninitiated, what is a twink? An adorable young person, fresh faced, enthusiastic, and a bit naive but in no way does that mean dumb. Clueless, perhaps! Traditionally they are young, thin, not hairy guys on the gay scene but Gerry Visco is expanding the definition of “twink” to include girls and boys who are young, fun, cute, and full of pep. That means Gerry Visco is a twink, too!
Most people in this world resign themselves to dull, colorless lives at drone jobs and bemoan how “tired” they are when in reality they are depressed. Well, Gerry & The Twinks are here to change all that! We want to bring joy, color, dancing, singing, and partying to the world.
The video was directed by filmmaker Laura Terruso and Gerry & The Twinks are Gerry Visco and the debut of her band of fabulous twinks. The film was shot at Visco Disco and is a music video for the song “The Gerry Party,” written by Gerry Visco and Tyler Stone, who also produced it.
