“John Lennon” The NYC Years Exhibition
TUESDAY 12
The New York City Years, an exhibition of memorabilia, provides a glimpse into the nine years John Lennon lived in New York City, from 1971 until his death in 1980. The show offers an overview of his creative world, with examples of his art (drawings and collages, some never seen before), video clips of his performances, a collection of lyric sheets and production notes…and a bag of blood-stained clothes that Lennon wore on the day of his murder. Think Yoko might have finally lost the plot!
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Annex NYC, 76 Mercer St, NYC, 11am-10pm, $24.50, www.rockannex.com
