Hip Hop’s Got A Nu Queer Poet…Watch: Tunde Olaniran “Critical”

While the city of Detroit might still be tinkering on the brink of bankruptcy, just outside, in Flint, Michigan, poet/rapper Tunde Olaniran is exploring new frontiers and quirky soundscapes in latest video for single Critical, from his current EP Yung Archetype. Olaniran’s fab coiffure and penchant for abstract personal style clearly leaves him far outside the box of what one might typically thinks fits a hip hop artist, but his willingness to be raw, honest and atypically authentic is a sentimental dress we all need to slip into sometimes to feel a bit more gorge.
