The annual ocean-themed art event is back, kicking off the unofficial start of Summer. Expect lots of aquatic, bedazzled looks by performers and parade-goers. Hosted by Harvey Keitel and Queen Mermaid Daphna, special appearances by The Uptown String Band and Monster Truck ‘Blue Thunder’…plus, performers from Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey. After-party at Dreamland Roller Rink.
