Shontelle Sparkles

Age: 27

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

About: “I’m originally from Florida, but currently living in Louisville, Kentucky where I am a cast member at Play Dance Bar. I am also a backup dancer, aka fembot, for international recording artist Andy bell from Erasure, and have been touring the world with him for 3 years. I started doing drag from DJ’ing for drag shows. When I saw the creativity you could execute on stage, the possibilities were endless to me. I love drag because I can express myself and pour my creativity into it…using it as a beacon to show people who I am. My future plans are to continue recording dance music and also push myself to never stop learning and bettering myself in drag. Like any type of art or skill, you can never stop learning.”
