GMHC presents the third annual Fashion Forward event, hosted by Project Runway‘s Tim Gunn. Expect a nite full of style, cocktails, a silent auction and a fashion show by Saks Fifth Ave, featuring resort collections by Michael Kors, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Alexander McQueen. Fashion Forward started in 2007 to salute the fashion industry’s long standing commitment to fighting HIV and AIDS. From the earliest days of the epidemic, the fashion community has been on the front lines, using its creativity, visibility and compassion to raise public awareness and galvanize fundraising efforts to support GMHC’s lifesaving services.
