“Drü Holiday is an amalgamation of everything that I wanted to be as a child, but now I’m able to make it a reality! She’s this cartoon illustration that my mind created from everything that I love about art, fashion, and my own artwork. I’ve been developing her as a young kid, until I finally realized who I wanted her to be…which is completely genuine, and who I am, and my aesthetic. She’s a mixture of western, rococo/baroque art, and any cartoon/comics from the 1940’s upward. It’s taken about 5 years to really get my makeup how I want, to also fit my face, and a product that I’m actually happy with. Now, I feel invincible when I’m in drag…I’m me…I’m Drü Holiday…and I can’t wait to show the rest of the world who I am💋! I’m also getting ready for my first drag performance(s) for Bushwig, during RuPaul’s DragCon LA, and getting all of my outfits ready to really wow everyone and showcase who Drü is!”
