“I never would’ve thought that graduating from Penn State with a science degree would’ve also landed me a career in drag! I’ve been in the scene for a little over 3 years now and it all began at a grungy, packed, basement drag party. Since then, I have discovered a strong passion and burning desire to make Hexxa the electric powerhouse that she is. Penn State has helped give me the home base, community, and sisterhood to grow and culture my drag, which prepared me to travel the east coast and to big cities like Chicago, LA and NYC to share my art. When I’m not performing or traveling, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to concerts (probably Charli XCX or Kim Petras), shopping, and wasting money on food/coffee. My drag inspiration is rooted from magical babes and power female figures from video games.  Some I can list, from the top of my head, are Sailor Moon, the AHS Coven girls, Mileena from Mortal Kombat, and Azula from Avatar. All of this combined creates the seductive, powerful and bubbly babe that Hexxa is. You’ll most likely NEVER catch me not wearing something flashy, revealing or electric. I’ll wear some pastels if I’m trying to tone it down. Oh, and always bows or straps…cute, but sexy! Ya feel? Also can’t forget to mention that I’m a cool, hot mom with 2 lovely drag children… Paris and Amethyst. The Haus of X is a force to be reckoned with.”
