FRIDAY 18

Alcoholidays: Jackie Beat

jackie beat xmas

Jackie Beat says “bottoms up!” as she makes her Times Square debut. You will be shaken & stirred as the anything-but-cordial drag star offers a round of newly spiked material (including odes to Sarah Palin & Tiger Woods!) with a chaser of classic bitters (like “Oops… It’s Christmas Again,” “Jew Christmas,” & “Violent Night”). Whether you celebrate Xmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, Ramadan or Satanism, Beat’s holiday shows are always the perfect thirst quencher.

Laurie Beechman Theater, 407 W 42nd St at Ninth Ave, NYC, 212-695-6909, Fri 7:30pm, Sat 7:30pm & 10pm, Sun 7pm & 9pm, www.spincyclenyc.com

Girls & Boys: Mark Ronson + Aaron Lacrate

Mark-Ronson-r12

UK producer/celebutante/brother of Samantha Ronson and all around cool cat Mark Ronson is doing a DJ set tonite at the long-running Girls & Boys party, which always seems to pack in the best NYC scene crowd and acts. Ronson recently put out an album of covers called Version, featuring track collabs with Amy Whinehouse, Lily Allen, Santigold and more. DJ Aaron Lacrate, of the Milkcrate Athletics clothing line and the face of the “Baltimore” sound, double teams with his blend of house, hip hop and ghetto-tech.

Webster Hall, 125 E 11th St bet Third and Fourth Aves, NYC, 212-353-1600, 10pm, $25, www.gbh.tv
