“I’m Twink Trash, a Chicago-based drag artist and opera singer! I’ve been doing drag ever since I stumbled upon RuPaul’s Drag Race GIFs on my Tumblr dash, freshman year of high school.
My drag is intensely focused on visuals and fashion/ queer historical references. I take a lot of pride in constructing my own garments. Pretty much everything I wear from head to toe, I sew.
I like to think my drag is the crossroads of fashion and stupidity. I love super-rad bold garments all created around one basic stupid theme.
Aside from drag, I’m currently a third-year undergrad in the Voice (Opera) Program at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and have been a professional opera singer since the age of ten. I’ve performed at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Chicago Opera Theater, and many other companies around Chicago/ Cincy.”
