Did Ke$ha Copy NYC Party “My Chiffon Is Wet” in New Video “Die Young???
Ke$ha’s new video for single Die Young looks a whole lot like the promo videos (created by London visual artist Prickimage) for one of Downtown NYC’s best parties My Chiffon Is Wet. In all fairness, MCW did use Ke$ha’s track “We R Who We R” and lyrics in at least one of the videos in question, but does that give the party girl permission to plagiarize? MCW promoter and DJ Paisley Dalton says, “We are HUGE fans of Ke$ha! We’re not mad that she jocked are style. We have some of the best artists in the world coiffing our look! In fact, we’d love to have her come by and host some time!” Check out Ke$ha’s video below and MCW’s videos that were posted four & seven months ago respectively and leave your comments…FLATTERY or FRAUDULENT???
