London’s amazing retailer, owned by Comme Des Garcons, Dover Street Market is finally opening in NYC. Known for having all the fab runway looks that you never see in department stores, DSM is emabarking on new frontier in a city that seems to be more caught up on lower-priced basic looks than high fashion these days.
