“I wanted to pursue musical theater once I left mom and dad’s at an earlier age. Sadly, this just wasn’t in the cards at the time. However, watching my first few drag shows, and seeing the theatricality of it, made me want to immediately throw myself in head first! As clich\u00e9\u00a0as it sounds, Lady Gaga<\/strong> had a lot to do with me starting drag… just because her outlandish way of dressing, her performances, ALL OF IT told me that regardless of who was cheering for me or not…at the very least I was doing something that made me feel like a star. Plus, add 2 years of struggling to hone my make-up skills and getting comfortable in my own skin, I would say it’s been quite a ride.<\/div>\n

Here I am 6 years later, performing 5+ nights a week in Atlanta, and traveling as much as I possibly can! As far as upcoming ‘projects’ go, I actually just started my own show on Saturday nights… which is a BIG step, because anyone who tells you getting on a microphone in front of a crowd is easy the first time is a goddamn LIAR! On another note, I’m coming over to LA for a few bookings, one being at Micky’s<\/strong><\/a> on the 6th, which I’ve dreamed of doing for so long… like, you don’t even know! I’m also coming back to RuPaul’s DragCon<\/strong><\/a> this spring, because last year’s was a freaking blast, and I can’t wait to be back! If I ever run into you, let’s take a pic!”<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
