“I started doing drag my senior year of high school, when I was suffering from severe anxiety. I couldn\u2019t make eye contact with anyone, let alone talk in a public setting. I was searching for something, anything to help. I started watching the first season of RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race<\/strong> and going out and supporting local queens. One day I just decided to push myself with the help of my friends and family. Becoming Marjorie gave me the confidence, love and respect for myself that I had been searching for.<\/div>\n

My style, like many queens, has changed greatly throughout the years. Now it\u2019s pretty eclectic. I take the most pleasure in keeping the audience guessing, but I love balancing out vintage pieces with new age and contemporary styles. I recently finished up a project with an amazing photographer, Eric Magnussen<\/strong><\/a>, and I\u2019m excited for a big move in 2018.”<\/div>\n
