\u201cI\u2019m an immigrant from Greece and have lived in Canada for the past 8 years of my life. I study theater set and costume design, with a major in costume designing\/construction and makeup. I started drag as a way to merge my artistic skills and self-expression all in one final form. I combined my love for fine arts, theat<\/g>er and design, makeup, costume design, performance art and also my own personal gender expression and traditional spiritual\/occult beliefs. I also love women and activistic\/feminist movements, and doing drag allowed me to embody all the powerful women who I look up to and who continuously inspire and uplift me in my life (whether family, friends, singers, film\/cartoon\/video game characters). I am named Pythia after the ancient Greek oracle of the God of Art, Apollo! She was a very respectable and powerful woman of her time and I really wanted to embody everything she stands for with my drag art.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
