\u201cFor me, drag is the epitome of my own superheroine, living in my personal magic world. I am my own canvas on which I can create anything I want. In modern Russia, drag is not as actively popular as, for example, in the USA and Europe, because people in Russia are quite homophobic\u2026so, it is not so easy to be a drag queen here.
My name is Loran. I\u2019m a fashion stylist, and hairstylist and makeup artist. My alter ego\u2019s drag name is Lorina Rey<\/em>. At first, she was very different from how she looks now. Over time, I was not interested in wearing a wig\u2026as my makeup began to go past the eyes, crawling all over my head. The same thing happened with clothes. It became interesting for me to play with style, mixing male and female elements of clothing\u2026mixing images of different eras. The full look, as the real Lorina for me, was born about a  year ago.<\/p>

Lorina is some kind of an alien creature with the soul of a real diva\u2026 independent and not interested in others around her. She may look cold; but at the same time, she\u2019s a really sweet and kind person (if you get to know her better). She revels in her beauty and charm, living in her own world, just making this world a little better. Every day my image changes, transforming into something new and interesting. So, it\u2019s really interesting for me, how Lorina will evolve.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
