\u201cMy drag is pure escapism from the mundane. Discovering drag was like discovering a hyperdrive button for my creativity. I create headpieces and outfits with no rules, 250 cherries on my head? Sure why not?<\/p>

I use every part of my imagination with my drag and nothing is off-limits. Through Paulette, I write lyrics and produce music and videos. I make headpieces and costumes. I can act and sing (or at least try to) and get completely lost in a character. No other art form is so expansive. That\u2019s the liberating freedom drag has given me.<\/p>

My drag is either full-on glamour, big hair, big lips, big boobs or it\u2019s conceptual and pop art-ish. I love creating a look that imprints immediately, something anyone could draw as a cartoon. I don\u2019t just create for Paulette either; I\u2019ve made some fabulous headpieces and props for the otherworldly wonderful\u00a0Juno Birch<\/a><\/strong>, an iconic lemon slice bob for\u00a0Ginny Lemon<\/strong><\/a>, and a rather fruity number for\u00a0Yshee Black<\/strong><\/a>. There\u2019s a couple of other fabulous drag stars I\u2019ve made pieces for too, but I have to be hush-hush about it at the moment.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
