SATURDAY 5

Robyn

Swedish indie-pop goddess Robyn is in NYC performing tracks from her Body Talk album series (parts 1-3), which includes hits Dancing On My Own and Indestructible. It’s kinda incredible that the fembot is still standing after three albums in one year…must be all the wholesome husmanskost!

Radio City Music Hall, 1260 Ave of the Americas bet W.50th and W.51st St, NYC, 866-614-4183, 8pm, $51.55

QxBxRx (Queers, Beers and Rears)

After a bust by the NYPD for overcrowding at the last monthly QxBxRx party on the Lower East Side, the punk rock queens trifecta is packing up and moving back to their Brooklyn roots. This makes more since…ain’t nothing punk about Manhattan! Tonight they’ll be celebrating their 4 Year anniversary at the huge Public Assembly space (the venue for long-running techno/house/electro party The Bunker). Hope the size of the new space doesn’t ruin the raw feral affect that we’ve become accustomed to at the old hunting ground. Performances by Making Friendz, Kordan, Rad Pony, Darlinda Just Darlinda and People At Parties. Resident DJs Go-Karff, A. Martini and Sir Loins.

Public Assembly, 70 North 6th St bet Kent and Wythe Aves, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, 718-384-4586, 10pm, $8
