Here ya go boys! The latest Cazwell video release “Sprung”, from forthcoming album 2 B Fresh (October 2014)), probably isn’t what you’ve come to expect from the NYC hip hopper. Directed by indie film cool cat JB Ghuman Jr., Cazwell is immortalized as a Kid ‘n Play-esque, hyper version of himself. “Sprung was approached differently than a typical music video to promote the album, says Cazwell. This was an art installation piece I did with JB . The video pulls inspiration from early ’90s hip hop videos, video games, and the movie The Neverending Story“. Although the experimental clip doesn’t feature any of the usual half-naked barrio boys, there’s tons of what Cazwell likes to show the most…his ‘sexy-and you-know it’ self!
