Courtney Act is POP Perfection on New Bielfield Track “Dance Again”

Submitted by on Monday, 13 February 2017No Comment

Courtney Act is pure FIRE on new track Dance Again from Australia-based opera tenor/pop singer Bielfield (yes…he goes both ways!)! The RuPaul’s Drag Race (Season 6) break-out star was a semi-finalist on Australian Idol in 2003, subsequently releasing her first single Rub Me Wrong. Now she’s back with a voice that is pop heaven, proving she’s not just another pretty face…GIRL’S GOT TALENT! Bielfield first met Courtney last year, backstage at a music festival, and knew he had to work with her. The electro, Hi-NRG song, about getting over a lost love, is “as if Major Lazer and Ace of Base had a love child”, says Bielfield. Check out a clip below, and get Dance Again now on iTunes! (photo by John McRae)

“Courtney was the big inspiration for this song. I wanted to write a song specifically for her voice. Something special that brought out her vibrant spirit and girlish innocence. We wanted a song that would stir emotions, not necessarily full on jumping ‘round the house craziness, but a track that might get people moving.”
