RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 9 Premiere Event NYC w/ Mx Qwerrrk (Pics)

Last night in NYC was the official RuPaul’s Drag Race, Season 9, Premiere Event at the PlayStation Theater…and the original supermodel of the world RuPaul GAGGED the kiddies when she popped-up on stage for a surprise appearance! WOWlebrity Mx Qwerrrk was there to catch all the DRAG-u-losity, sashaying up close with all the new queens. Produced by Brandon Voss and VH1- the new channel for RPDR, the night brought out all the contestants in full glam fashion, including  Aja, Alexis Michelle, Charlie Hides, Eureka O’Hara, Farrah Moan, Jaymes Mansfield, Kimora Blac, Nina Bo’nina Brown, Peppermint, Sasha Velour, Shea Couleé, Trinity Taylor, and Valentina. Afterwards, the iconic DJ Lady Bunny kept the party going, sharing duties with host Ginger Minj.

RPDR returns with an all new season on March 24 on VH1, unveiling a royal court of cut-throat Queens each competing to snatch the crown and strut away with a $100,000 cash prize and the coveted title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar.” Along the way, they’ll face an unpredictable competition and deliver water cooler moments, as these talented ladies of drag join the fabulous 100 Queens who fought for the crown before them.
