FRIDAY 2
Girls & Boys: Miss Kittin + Cheryl
CHERYL: SHANKS & THANKS from CHERYL on Vimeo.
Apparently the feminist movement has stalled a bit. Can you believe that only 10% of the DJs out there are biological females??? Luckily French vocalist/producer Miss Kittin has balls like a boy! Check out her electronic live set tonite with resident DJs Alex English and Rekles…and the seriously twisted performance artist Cheryl.

Glass Candy + Mike Simonetti
NYC is a little slow when it comes to featuring what’s new on the music scene. For the last few years, American and Italo disco has had a HUGE resurgence in Europe, but barely made a blip here in The States. Much thanks to groups like Glass Candy from Portland for subscribing to a more international sound styling and being at the forefront of the synth movement.
