Wanna Smell like Amanda Lapore?

“I don’t drink, but I smell like I do,” Ms. Lepore casually announced at the Artware Editions Gallery, by way of introduction to a new fragrance Amanda. Like Ms. Lepore, the scent comes in a sparkly round package. It costs $950 and includes, among its many ingredients, a dash of Cristal. It’s more like an artwork than a commercial venture. Les Christophs, the owners of the gallery, are known for selling functional works by brand-name artists like bookshelves by Donald Judd or porcelain by Cindy Sherman.
