NYC House music DJ Kindbud just put out this slammin track/PSA The Remix Is Dead and video, featuring New York club personalities Sherry Vine, Paul Alexander (The Ones), Erickatoure Aviance, Michael Formika Jones and more! Kindbud seems to be sending a personal message about what he considers to be the end of remixing…at least in terms of how it was served up decades ago. With the proliferation of technology and accessibility, Kindbud says, “Anybody can be a producer!” Therefore, there should be tons of great dance tracks about. But apparently, quantity does not equal quality. Can’t wait to hear the remix of this! Ha!
