Thorgy Thor & Queef Latina Host WIGWOOD, Miami’s First-Ever Drag Fest!!! (Pics)
Inspired by the fun, folly and solidarity of other drag fests, RuPaul’s DragCon, Austin International Drag Festival and Bushwig, comes the new, annual drag event WIGWOOD! Last weekend was the first time EVER that a drag queen convention came to Miami…and it was MAJOR!!! Founded by über cool cha cha queen Queef Latina and Hairy Bradshaw, the one-day fete was a combination of info-lectures, readings, films, music and performances. Queers took to the stage from all over, including RPDR, Season 8’s Thorgy Thor, Alotta McGriddles, Juleisy Y Karla, SATEEN, Bushwig girls Merrie Cherry, Untitled Queen, Horrorchata and DJ Anthony Dicapua, bands Raine Raine~Pointless Honey, Audrey Horny, Native Youth, and soooo many more.
