“I’ve been a drag artist for over 12 years. I’ve been dancing since I was very young, competing in tons of dance competitions. So, when I was in college there was a drag competition…so, naturally, my competitive spirit took over and I entered, but lost miserably. Through my competitiveness, I found love and passion for drag. To this day, I love competing in drag pageants because I feel the critiques from the judges can only help you learn and grow as an artist. Drag for me is not only an outlet for me as an artist but I think that drag for an audience offers an escape from reality and the mundanity of life.”
