Indie pin-up girl VV Brown has been turning it out on the UK scene for a minute now, after a short-lived career as a model. Music wise, she started off doing this 50s girl group Shirelles sound…had they been around in the 80s and influenced by Nintendo bleeps and blops…but lately she’s been morphing into another marketed R&B chick. Check out tracks from her current album Travelling Like The Light…which ain’t exactly new, but hasn’t quite hit here in The States yet. MNDR opens.
