Larry Levan Birthday Celebration

DJ legend Larry Levan is celebrated tonight, on what would have been his 57th birthday. Levan held residency at the seminal dance club Paradise Garage through the 80s, spinning an eclectic mix, accented by his live usage of drum machines and synthesizers. Tonight, the beloved dance floor innovator is remembered by fellow DJ friends and Garage alumni David DePino and Joey Llanos.
