Uk high street brand TopShop has been denied permission to sell liquor at new Soho shop in NYC. The decision was made at a community-board meeting Tuesday night, due to a zoning law that prohibits the sale of alcohol on ground-floor levels. We suggest bringing your own booze, since you really have to be dumb and drunk to buy TopShop crap!
